1 cup mixed berries
1/4 oats or oatmeal
1 scoop protein powder (optional) 1 cup rice or almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp coconut oil
1. Peel and chop banana.
2. Place all ingredients in the blender and combine until smooth.
3. Top with fresh berries, chopped nuts and a sprinkle of desiccated coconut (optional.)
