- 4 celery stalks
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 2 carrots
- 1 apple
- 1 beet
- 1/2 handful kale
- Lemon and ginger to taste
1. Prepare your vegetables. Rinse thoroughly with water and cut into chunks.
2. Mix in a blender or put through juicer until smooth.
