Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 glass water

Method:

1.  Add vinegar, honey and pepper to a tall glass.

2. Fill with fresh, clean water and stir gently.

3. Sip slowly until finished.

Repeat every morning just before breakfast.
